The system includes assisting module, sensor module, a module for connection and user module. Furthermore, the system includes MQTT server (server for transmitting messages) and a server database, such as those listed modules and servers are connected via the global Internet network. Assisted module consists of assisting clock (1) and channel electrocardiograph (2). The sensor module includes sensors (3) to measure the temperature and illumination of the room, air pressure and altitude, as well as device (4) for managing and measuring energy consumption. Connection module includes one or more devices from the group Wi-Fi router with a Bluetooth interface (5) mobile phone with Bluetooth interface (6) and a PC with a Bluetooth interface (7), with the help of which liaise caregiver module and sensor module global Internet network (8). The user module is a set of sub-module (9) for monitoring and connection to the ambulance, sub-module (10) for tracking and relationship with relatives and sub-module (11) for monitoring and connection to a specialist doctor and assisting staff.
