The invention relates to producing profiled articles from composite polymer materials. Improvement in physical-mechanical properties is reached by preparing a binder directly before the impregnation process of a fibrous filler. An epoxy-novolac binder with mean numerical molecular mass 300 standard unit and mass fraction of epoxy groups 8-11 is obtained loading into a vacuum reactor 10-28 wt% of a product produced by epoxidation of oligomer hydroxyphenylene from alkylresorcin, 47-80 wt% epoxy-diane resin and 10-25 wt% of a modifier and carrying out cooking at 60-250°C during 30-180 min. An article is shaped by drawing of the fibrous filler impregnated by the binder and a hardener through a changeable draw plate and a spiral winding onto a formed stem of a reinforcing bundle.
