Disclosed is an isolated antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), wherein the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof comprises: a) an immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising a CDR1 sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, a CDR2 sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, 4, 6, 63, or 64 and a CDR3 sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 or 5; and b) an immunoglobulin light chain variable region (VL) comprising a CDR1 sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13 or 14, a CDR2 sequence of SEQ ID NO: 11, and a CDR3 sequence of SEQ ID NO: 12. Wherein said antibodies comprises the following CDR regions HCDR1 (TSYWMQ) HCDR2 (XXYPGDGDXXXQKFXG), HCDR3 (YDAPGYXMDY), LCDR1 (XASQDINNYXA), LCDR2 (YTSTLHP) and LCDR3 (LQYDNLLYT). |
