According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a recombinant microorganism for detecting amino acids, comprising: an AauZ gene into which an AauS gene and an EnvZ gene are fused; and a gene encoding a fluorescent protein operably connected with an OmpC promoter. According to another aspect of the present invention, provided is a method of preparing recombinant microorganisms for detecting amino acids, comprising the steps of: preparing a first recombinant vector containing an AauZ gene into which an AauS gene and an EnvZ gene are fused; preparing a gene encoding a second recombinant vector containing a fluorescent protein operably connected with an OmpC promoter; and injecting the first and second recombinant vectors into a host cell. |
