EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING ASSESSMENT EFFICIENCY OF DIAGNOSIS AND THERAPEUTIC PROTOCOLS IMPLEMENTED IN BONE AND MUSCLE TRAUMAS

The invention relates to an equipment and a method of diagnosis in the field of bone and muscle traumas, as well as of establishment of therapeutic protocols implemented by spectrum monitoring techniques. According to the invention, the equipment comprises four subassemblies of independent functions, placed on a guide and compatible from the viewpoint of the acquired field, consisting of a thermal chamber, a thermography software, an image enhancer coupled to a scintillating plate and a CCD camera with output, an X-ray source in the range of 10...120 KeV and a video camera, all the four subassemblies being optically aligned to receive the same image. The method claimed by the invention consists in that the image of the same area of interest is acquired in both the IR range and X-ray range, with a view to analyzing the resulting images either separately, or overlapped, so as to benefit by the complementarity of the data provided by each of the used techniques, by the thermography in the IR range through which there is obtained information on possible soft tissue inflammation, and X-ray radioscopy through which bone tissue damage information is obtained.
