<p>The implant comprises a tubular proximal sleeve (14), extending between a proximal end and a distal end, and deployable between a contracted configuration and a deployed configuration. Proximal arms (18) each extend between an end (18A) linked to the distal end, and a free end (18B) disposed beyond the distal end. At least one proximal arm (18) is elastically deformable between a separated position and an anchoring position, the radial distance between the free end (18B) and the linked end (18A) of same being greater in the separated position than in the anchoring position. This proximal arm (18) is elastically returned to the anchoring position of same. The implant comprises: a first stop (22A), carried by this proximal arm (18), and a second stop (22B), engaging with the first stop (22A) in the contracted configuration to hold said proximal arm (18) in the separated position of same, and releasing said first stop (22A) in the deployed configuration.</p> |
