The invention relates to an additive for bitumen for asphalt mixtures, comprising at least one phosphoric ester of alkoxylated amine. The additive for bitumen for asphalt mixtures according to the invention can also comprise at least one compound produced by means of the reaction of an alkoxylated alkyl amine with phosphoric acid, phosphorus pentoxide or mixtures thereof. The invention also relates to the uses of the additives as components in bituminous compositions and asphalt mixtures, and to the methods for producing same.
