The present invention relates to a gettering agent, and a moisture absorbent film and an organic light emitting device including the same. Specifically, provided in the present invention are a gettering agent containing: moisture absorbent particles having average diameter in the range of 10-100 nm; and a silane compound enclosing the surface of the particles, and a moisture absorbent film including the same, which are located on the front and/or back surfaces of an organic light emitting device to efficiently absorb and block moisture, thereby improving lifespan and durability of the organic light emitting device. Also, the gettering agent of the present invention uses absorbent particles of a nano size, so that the top light emitting device is realized by ensuring transparency of the moisture absorbent film, and resolving a problem that the total amount of moisture absorption is lost by absorbing moisture in the air during the manufacturing process. |
