A text message ARS service server includes: a database that stores multiple menus, which have a tree structure, are arranged in a depth of n^th level (n is a natural number of 1 or greater.) in the tree structure, and are linked to indentifiers of each level up to the n^th level, and also stores text message for each menu; a reception unit which receives a shortcut text from a user terminal; a search unit that detects the identifiers for each level from the received shortcut text, searches a menu linked to the detected indentifier for each level in the database, and reads the text message for the searched menu; and a transmission unit which transmits the read text message to a user terminal. |
