An apparatus for ascending and descending a tower of a wind turbine is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for ascending and descending a tower of a wind turbine is capable of ascending and descending the inside of a tower of a wind turbine and comprises: a fixing platform positioned in the upper side of the inside of the tower; and a moving platform connected with the fixing platform and ascending and descending the inside of the tower.
