摘要 <p>The invention concerns about the automated cleaning process in industry and road cleaning. Dust collector includes a motor functioning as a driving source, a drive unit for driving a motor a dust collecting vacuum cleaner which have suction. The sweeper under the chassis sweeps the floor and moves the dust front and the vacuum sucks the dust particles and it is stored in the tank this serves as the storage unit for collecting the dust and dirt. To start the clean-up process the robot which is an automated trigger drives the way in clearing the dust and helps the vacuum to suck it for storage. No manual intervention is required when the clean-up process is going on, it will be required at the end point where the stored dust collection requires to be removed from the disposal bag and once it is removed should be replaced with a new bag for the next cleaning process. A tank section located for accommodating dust conveyed by sucker. The lead acid battery is used to drive the DC motor. The DC motor is connected to rear driving and steering rear wheel. If the power is given to the DC motor the chassis start to move by an automated wireless robot. The solar panel absorbs the heat source and it is been inverted to store in battery. The power watts and voltage is to be calculated. The main aim of this project is to design a system that behaves like a robot and control it using RF technology. Robot is a system that contains sensors, control systems, manipulators, power supplies and software all working together to perform a task.</p>
