The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer that is specifically bonded to FtsZ protein of cells which are a causative pathogen of citrus canker. More particularly, the nucleic acid aptamer of the present invention comprises an oligonucleotide having a base sequence which has an identity of about greater than or equal to 90% with a base sequence which is disclosed in one among a group consisting of a sequence list second sequence and eighth sequence or twelfth sequence. According to the invention, the nucleic acid apatamer is used for specifically bonding to FtsZ protein of causative pathogen of citrus canker thereby inhibiting the activity thereof. |
