The present invention relates to a control system to adjust an intake air temperature of a dual fuel engine maintaining an intake air temperature to be below a demand level in the dual fuel engine which uses a mixture of different fuels such as a diesel fuel and a natural gas to maintain a stable combustion state. The control system to adjust an intake air temperature of a dual fuel engine comprises: a cooling fan (110); a first temperature sensor unit (120); a second temperature sensor unit (130); a determination unit (140); a control unit (150); and a communication unit (190).
