The present invention is characterized by including a synthetic resin panel formed by foaming synthetic resin grains obtained by grinding a waste synthetic resin, pouring the grains into a mold after coating a flame retardant on the grains, and pressurizing the grains inside the mold; a supporting member installed on the synthetic resin panel to be spaced from the synthetic resin panel; and a fixating member connected to the supporting member and inserted into the synthetic resin panel. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the wall assembly for a building and the manufacturing method thereof capable of manufacturing the wall assembly utilized as a wall for a building using foamed polystyrene and steel mesh, enabling the mass production of the standardized wall assembly through a continuous process, and capable of being easily constructed.
