The present invention provides a fire extinguishing apparatus with an improved structure as a pump providing water pressure, a take-up reel, and a power supply unit are arranged in a single hydrant box in order to make the volume compact. According to the present invention, the fire extinguishing apparatus comprises: a hydrant box (100) having a door (110) capable of being opened and closed on the front surface thereof, and an accommodation space (105) therein; a motor (200) placed inside the accommodation space (105) of the hydrant box (100); a pump (300) arranged inside the accommodation space (105); a hose member (400) provided with a nozzle (600) on an end portion thereof; a reel member (500) rotatably supported in a frame (900) provided in an inner space of the hydrant box (100); and a tangle-free bar (710) placed in the frame (900).
