摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a bio-implant composition comprising a particle-type acellular dermis crosslinked with hyaluronic acid, comprising the steps of: (i) removing the epidermal layer from skin tissues; (ii) removing cells of the dermal layer from the skin tissues from which the epidermal layer is removed; (iii) freezing and drying the acellular dermis and then pulverizing the resultant acellular dermis into particle-type acellular dermis; (iv) firstly crosslinking the particle-type acellular dermis with hyaluronic acid coupled with crosslinking agents; (v) freezing and drying the dermis crosslinked with hyaluronic acid; and (vi) secondly crosslinking the dermis processed in step (v) by irradiating electron beam thereonto. Also, the present invention provides a bio-implant composition composite manufactured by such a method. According to the present invention, a particle-type acellular dermis crosslinked with hyaluronic acid demonstrates less acute inflammatory reactions, such as pain, edema and fever, which may happen during bio-implant procedure and less tendency to be affected by protein breakdown enzymes to enhance the length of being preserved in the body, so that a bio-implant composition comprising the dermis can be employed as bio materials to repair damaged tissue.
