This utility model relates to a newly developed method of preparing jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophylus ) seeds candy. The method of preparing jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophylus) candy with 4 pcnt mashed cooked jackfruit seeds started by extracting the arils from the ripe jackfruit and separate the seeds from the fruit flesh. The fruit flesh are cut into cubes, while the seeds are cooked by boiling with a pinch of salt. Remove the outer covering of cooked jackfruit seeds, then mashed the white portion of the seeds, then weigh. Blend the jackfruit cubes, mashed cooked jackfruit seeds, then mix all ingredients including milk and calamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) juice. Blend the mixture again, then cooked for 20 minutes. Mold into candy, wrap the candy using glassine paper and pack it in a box, then label. |
