Disclosed is a pulse shaping circuit to improve spectrum efficiency and an on-off keying (OOK) transmitter including the pulse shaping circuit. A pulse shaping circuit which shapes the waveform of the edge of a signal applied to the switch of a power amplifier included in the OOK transmitter may be provided.
