According to an embodiment of the present invention, a handle to open and close a damper comprises: a lower handle provided with a mounting unit, an installation hole formed therethrough, and an insertion hole formed therethrough, installed and fixated on a rotational axis of the mounting unit; a hinge bracket provided with a fixing plate mounted on an upper surface of a lower handle via an installation element mounted on the installation hole, and a bracket provided with hinge mounting holes disposed on both sides of the fixing plate; an upper handle provided with mounting holes formed on both sides thereof to coincide with the hinge mounting holes of the hinge bracket, and hinge-mounted on the hinge bracket via a hinge unit inserted into the hinge mounting holes and the mounting holes; a coil spring wherein an outer circumference of the hinge unit is inserted thereinto, one side thereof elastically pressing the upper surface of the lower handle, and the other side thereof elastically pressing a lower surface of the upper handle to impose a rotational elastic force on the upper handle in a counterclockwise direction about the hinge unit; an opening fixed element provided with an insertion protrusion unit inserted into the insertion hole of the lower handle to protrude below the lower handle formed on a lower portion thereof, a fixing protrusion unit formed on an upper portion thereof and mounted on a front portion of the upper handle, and a limit protrusion unit formed between the insertion protrusion unit and the fixing protrusion unit disposed between the lower handle and the upper handle to limit a counterclockwise rotation of the upper handle rotating about the hinge unit by the coil spring; and a locking element provided with a bolt mounting unit formed on a rear portion of the upper handle to penetrate the upper handle in a vertical direction to form female screw threads on an inner circumferential surface thereof, and a bolt unit having male screw threads to screw into the female screw threads of the bolt mounting unit. A clockwise rotation of the upper handle rotating about the hinge unit is restricted. |
