The present invention provides an organic-inorganic hybrid material and a method for producing the same. The organic-inorganic hybrid material includes an organic material in the form of fiber and an inorganic material, which is in the form of particles and is mixed in the organic material. The method includes the steps of: producing an organic solution by dissolving the organic material in an organic solvent; dispersing the inorganic material in the organic solution; producing an organic-inorganic mixture by removing the organic solvent; and producing organic-inorganic hybrid fiber by rotating the organic-inorganic mixture after placing the organic-inorganic mixture in a heating rotor.
