The present invention can provide a polymer blend composition containing carbon nanoparticles. The polymer blend composition includes different types of resins having affinities for the carbon nanoparticles which are diffident from each other to maximize dispersible properties and thus can increase electrical conductivity. The present invention also provides a method for producing the same polymer blend composition. The method includes the steps of: a) producing a master batch by melting and kneading a first resin and the carbon nanoparticles; and b) melting and kneading the master batch and a second resin.
