METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE OPERATING PARAMETERS IN MAIN MINING VENTILATION STATION AFTER AN EXPLOSION

The invention relates to a method for determining the operating parameters in the main mining ventilation station when an explosion has occurred, based on establishing the total ventilation network resistance and determining the active ventilator operating point after the explosion. According to the invention, the method starts by determining the zones which are prone to explosion, after which the minimum pressure loss gradient is determined at the level of the ventilation network and explosion-pressure is applied in the explosion-prone zones according to the intensity of the phenomenon, then the radial pressure loss occurring on the leading line of mining works as compared with the epicenter is established in order to determine the area of the affected ventilation network by comparing the explosion pressure at the level of one branch with the minimum pressure required for the ventilation facilities to be destroyed, with the elimination of the ventilation facilities from the affectation area, after which the total resistance of the ventilation network is re-calculated, the so calculated total resistance being then used to determine the operating parameters, the depression developed and the flow-rate circulated at the level of the main ventilation station after an explosion, the claimed method being applicable in any type of underground mining works which produce useful mineral substances and exhibit the risk of explosive mixture formation, its application being required for increasing the efficiency of ventilation networks management and the work security and health in the underground mining for producing useful mineral substances.
