The present invention relates to a floating wind turbine equipped with an anti-rolling and pitching device capable of reducing rolling and pitching of the floating wind turbine on the sea by tidal current and waves. The floating wind turbine on the sea comprises a power generating unit (10) which has a turbine rotor on one side and rotates a generator with the torque from the turbine rotor rotating by the wind to generate the power; a support unit (20) coupled with one side of the bottom part of the power generating unit (10) to support the power generating unit (10); a floating body which is coupled with the bottom part of the support unit (20), supports the support unit, and has a floating function to float on the sea; and multiple floating anti-rolling and pitching devices (40) connected to the outer side of the body (30) through a frame.
