摘要 The present invention relates to a new variation analysis protocol capable of obtaining a prediction result which is clinically meaningful by accurately analyzing various variations (for example, genetic variation) discovered in an organic body. The present invention accurately predicts susceptibility with regard to any traits of one object. The prediction accuracy of the present invention is increased several times in comparison with a random prediction. The degree of the prediction represents the improved prediction accuracy to determine a health condition of a population or the object.
