The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for providing contents of an electronic device. According to the method of the present invention, when a server receives a request for a music streaming service, contents are provided by the steps of: receiving user information of the electronic device; receiving narrations corresponding to the user information and a recommended music list including music mapped with the narrations from the server; and streaming music according to the playing order after determining the playing order by analyzing weighted values of the user information of the music in the received list.
