The invention relates to a method for producing an RFBG (1) from an optical fibre (11) and a sensor comprising an RFBG (1) produced by means of said method. The invention especially relates to a method for producing an RFBG from optical fibres, which allows the production of sensors with increased resistance to high temperatures. Generally, the method comprises the following steps: a) introduction of hydrogen into the optical fibre (11); b) inscription of a diffraction grating in the optical fibre (11), preferably a Bragg grating; and c) encapsulation of the optical fibre (11). Once these steps have been carried out, a regenerative heat treatment (200) is carried out in order to produce an RFBG.
