The present invention provides a car seat control device, which is installed on the rear floor panel of the vehicle to selectively raise the floor sheet. The car seat control device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a base frame fixed to the rear floor panel; a center frame placed at the top part of the base frame; a first actuator which connects the base frame with the center frame to raise the center frame to a set height from the base frame; a top frame placed at the top part of the center frame; a second actuator which connects the center frame with the top frame to raise the top frame from the top frame; a lever bracket mounted at the front end of the center frame; an rotating lever of which front end is installed at the bottom part of the lever bracket to operate the first actuator when a user operates the lever; and a push lever installed at the top of the lever bracket, but at a distance from the rotating lever to operate the second actuator when the user pushes the push lever.
