APPARATUS FOR INPROVING BENDED BAR

The present invention is to provide a device to improve a bent phenomenon of a bar in a hot-rolled process. The device comprises: first and second scanning parts positioned in the inlet of a rolling mill to photograph a bar from the side of the bar; first and second calculation parts to calculate a bent degree of the bar; and a control part to control a rotating speed of an upper and a lower rolling rolls of the rolling mill by receiving the bent degree of the bar from the first and second calculation parts. The present invention improves the bent bar to be unfolded by controlling the rotating speed of the upper and lower rolling rolls of the rolling mill in accordance to the bent degree of the bar.
