Disclosed are an ultrasonic stimulation apparatus for adjusting the temperature of an internal organ of a human body and a method thereof. The ultrasonic stimulation apparatus comprises a main body part for generating an electrical signal in correspondence with ultrasonic radiation information including the frequency of an ultrasonic wave suitable for radiation to a targeted organ and the depth of focus to be formed by the ultrasonic wave; and an ultrasonic output part for converting the electrical signal generated by the main body part into an ultrasonic signal and radiating the ultrasonic signal to the targeted organ to induce an increase in temperature of the targeted organ so as to adjust the balance of a normal bacteria group still existing in the targeted organ or activate activity and growth of the normal bacteria group. According to the invention, a function of the human body is improved or a disease is treated that is generated in internal organs of the human body.
