The present invention aims to alternately perform electro-spinning and electro-blown-spinning on a base material transferred after alternately arranging an electro-blown electro-spinning apparatus and an electro-blown-spinning apparatus. A complex-type electro-spinning apparatus comprises: a unit comprising the electro-blown-spinning apparatus that includes at least one solution main tank filled with a polymer spinning solution, and a nozzle block which is installed in a case to electro-spin a polymer spinning solution on a base material supplied from the outside and includes a plurality of nozzle tube bodies having a plurality of pin-shaped nozzles in the shape of a double pipe arranged in the lengthwise direction; a unit comprising the electro-spinning apparatus that includes at least one solution main tank filled with the spinning solution, and a nozzle bock which is installed in the case to electro-spin the polymer spinning solution on the base material supplied from the outside and includes a plurality of nozzle tube bodies having a plurality of pin-shaped nozzles arranged in the lengthwise direction; a collector which is placed part from the nozzles to collect the polymer spinning solution sprayed from the nozzles of the nozzle blocks; a voltage generator which generates voltages on the collector; and a subsidiary transfer device for transferring the base material. A plurality of units comprising electro-blown apparatus and a plurality units comprising electro-spinning apparatus are continuously and alternately installed. |
