<p>The invention relates to multi-layer graphenes and to a process for obtaining the same used to produce electro-chemical energy converters. According to the invention, the graphenes consist of 1...5 layers with a diameter of 4...400μm, have an electric conductivity of 1500...2500 S/m, a thermal stability of 600...700°C, up to 0.01% hydrophobicity to water absorption and an electric capacity of 3...60 F/g. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in the ultrasonic treatment of the intumescent or natural graphite into a mixture of distilled water and ethanol for 5...30 min, the synthesis in a single stage, in a super-critical fluid reactor, at a temperature of 300...350°C and a pressure of 150...400 bar, for 60...90 min, at a rate of 90...120 rpm, followed by vacuum filtration, ethanol washing and drying at the temperature of 70...100°C, to result in multi-layer graphenes which are physico-chemically analyzed.</p> |
