The invention relates to elements of building structures and to building structures, in particular, to building systems using pressed blocks made from a fibrous material in combination with a frame for forming building structures of buildings and the like. The building element consists of a pressed and formed block made from a fibrous material and a pair of skeleton frames arranged on the opposite block surfaces. The outer perimeter of skeleton frames is equal to the outer surface of the block from fibrous material. Skeleton frames of one building element are interconnected by cross ties, forming a frame and tightened with a block into a common structure by fixing means. Outer edges of skeleton frames are adapted to a butt connection. Building structures assembled from building elements are also a subject of the invention.
