The present invention relates to N-(hetero)aryl,2-(hetero)aryl-substituted acetamides of structural formulae (1)-(6), where X, X, Xand X, X, X, Xand X, X, Z, m and radicals R-Rare defied in the invention claims. The compounds of the invention have activity for modulating the Wnt signaling pathway and can be used for the treating a Wnt-mediated disorder in a mammal suffering from it. Besides, the invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for modulating the Wnt signaling pathway and also to methods for inhibiting Wnt signaling in a cell or a Porcupine gene in a cell, and a method for treating many Wnt-mediated disorders. The invention relates to the use of the compound of the invention or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof inhibiting Wnt signaling pathway and also for the manufacture of a medicament for treating a Wnt-mediated disorder. |
