According to an embodiment of the present invention, a maintenance elevator for wind power generator comprises: a variable bench forming a first through-hole wherein a tower is disposed on the center, closely adjoining to a sidewall surface of the tower, and having a variable area of a trestle to be able to ascend and descend along a circumferential surface of the tower; a fixation bench forming a second through-hole on the center, and connected to the variable bench; a connecting bench to connect the variable bench and the connecting bench; a sensing sensor to sense an inclination of the variable bench and the fixation bench; and a controlling part to control the movement of the trestle area of the variable bench using horizontal data sensed by the sensing sensor, wherein the controlling part is interlocked with the horizontal data sensed by the sensing sensor to control a level of the variable bench and a fixation bench by controlling the trestle area of the variable bench.
