<p>The invention relates to a heterogeneous modular chemical system catalytic extractor reactor with continuous processing by recycling, meant to produce propellent ethyl esters. According to the invention, the reactor consists of a rotor extracting module (), a turbine () for recycling the extraction mass, communicating with a solid phase separating filter (), and the vacuum vaporizer () of the extraction solvent, with the extraction solvent vapour condenser (), the vegetal oil getting into the catalytic transesterification module () which further communicates with a separator () catalyzing ethyl esters, glycerin and ethanol non-miscible liquid phases, and the miscible phase entering a glycerin and ethanol vacuum vaporizer () which communicates with a vapor condenser (), the basic catalyst being recycled from the vaporizer () into the transesterification catalytic module () with liquid ethanol by means of the pressure difference.</p> |
