Provided is an apparatus for combining a fuel cell. The apparatus for combining a fuel cell comprises: a worktable which is formed to be movable in the vertical direction and where a fuel cell component is mounted on one surface thereof; a compression unit which is overlapped with the worktable and moved in the vertical direction in order to compress the component; an injection table which is arranged in a front side of the worktable and formed so as to put the fuel cell component into the worktable; a take-off table which is arranged in a rear side of the worktable and formed so as to take the fuel cell component out of the work table; and rotation units which are arranged on both sides of the worktable and formed so as to fixate and rotate both sides of the fuel cell component mounted on the worktable.
