The present invention discloses a mobile telephone mobile payment system and method. The system comprises a built-in control unit and a remote control unit, the built-in control unit being disposed within the mobile telephone, and the remote control unit communicating with the built-in control unit by means of a remote communication network; when the mobile telephone is performing mobile payment, the built-in control unit sends transaction information of the mobile payment to the remote control unit via the mobile telephone remote communication interface; and on the basis of the transaction information, the remote control unit sends an instruction to the in-built control unit, said instruction either allowing or blocking the completion of the mobile payment.
