PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution facilitation apparatus which allows many people to easily browse disclosed information.SOLUTION: An information distribution facilitation apparatus receives a registration request for distribution destination information and publication bulletin specification information specifying publication bulletin data relating to intellectual property right information, reads the publication bulletin data, and determines whether the publication bulletin specification information included in the registration request is described in the read publication bulletin data, to specify distribution destination information to be stored in storage means when described. Item information corresponding to a predetermined item of the information included in the read publication bulletin data is extracted, and new distribution information including the item information is generated. At least one of the distribution information and access destination information indicating an access destination accessing the distribution information is transmitted to the distribution destination information specified by distribution destination information specifying means. |
