PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt operation of an electric apparatus to an action schedule of a person.SOLUTION: An electric apparatus control device comprises: operation storage means; action schedule storage means; operation identification means; and control means. The operation storage means stores operation of at least one electric apparatus registered by a person. The action schedule storage means stores an action schedule related to an action schedule of the person registered by the person. The operation identification means identifies the operation of the electric apparatus stored in the operation storage means on the basis of the action schedule stored in the action schedule storage means. The control means controls the electric apparatus in response to time of day or a period of time such that the operation of the electric apparatus becomes the operation identified by the operation identification means.
