PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate whether a wire cover is mounted in a regular mounting attitude.SOLUTION: On a back surface of a female connector housing 8, a wire cover 13 is provided for calibrating a lead-out direction of a wire W and mounted in two kinds of first and second mounting attitudes in which the lead-out direction of the wire W with respect to the female connector housing 8 becomes different on right and left sides. In the female connector housing 8, detection paths 26A and 26B are formed and detection probes 29A and 29B are inserted. A detection recess 25 is formed at an opening edge of one sidewall in the wire cover 13. While the wire cover 13 is mounted in the second mounting attitude, a tip of the detection probe enters the detection recess 25 and a non-interference state is provided. While the wire cover is mounted in the first mounting attitude, tips of the detection probes 29A and 29B are abutted to the opening edge of the wire cover 13 and interrupted. The mounting attitude in which the wire cover 13 is being mounted can be discriminated. |
