The present invention relates to a steel plate for corrosion resistance used as a material for a desulfurization equipment, a denitrification equipment, a pre-heating device, and components of a thermal power plant. More specifically, the present invention relates to the steel plate having excellent sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid composite corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof. The steel plate comprises: 0.05-0.1 wt% of C, 0.5-1.5 wt% of Mn, 0.01-0.1 wt% of Al, 0.2-0.7 wt% of Cu, 0.05-0.1 wt% of Sb, 0.02 wt% or less of P, 0.02 wt% or less of S, and the remaining balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. |
