PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station motor control device, method, and program capable of quickly and smoothly increasing a winding speed of a sheet-like material to a target winding speed in a single drum type winder.SOLUTION: A control device controls a station motor for driving a winding roll to change a winding speed of a sheet-like material at an acceleration rate set in advance. At that time, a new acceleration rate at which a number of revolution of the station motor does not exceed an allowable number of revolution is calculated on the basis of a current winding speed and current number of revolution, and the acceleration rate set in advance is switched to the new acceleration rate. The control device executes such acceleration rate switching in the middle of acceleration.
