PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe inner surface repairing joint capable of extremely improving a leakage prevention action.SOLUTION: A pipe inner surface repairing joint for joining one side pipe body with the other side pipe body liquid-tightly includes: a main rubber ring arranged so as to attain from an inner surface of one side pipe body to an inner surface of the other side pipe body; a one side auxiliary rubber ring incorporated between the inner surface of one side pipe body and the main rubber ring; the other side auxiliary rubber ring incorporated between the inner surface of the other side pipe body and the main rubber ring; a one side extension band which is arranged for bringing the main rubber ring into pressing contact with the inner surface of one side pipe body on the inner surface of one side pipe body of the main rubber ring; and the other side extension band which is arranged for bringing the main rubber ring into pressure contact with the inner surface of the other side pipe body, on the inner surface of the other side pipe body of the main rubber ring.
