PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption required for radio communication.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes: a communication section that performs radio communication with other side communication apparatus; a measurement section that measures communication status of the radio communication made by the communication section; and a determination section that determines the availability of data transmission to the other side communication apparatus through the communication section based on plural parameters relevant to the communication status obtained through the measurement made by the measurement section.
