PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a color rendering property from being reduced by depositing excessive phosphor mixed paste onto a surface of another phosphor in a phosphor containing film in which phosphors are separated and the interaction thereof is suppressed.SOLUTION: A first phosphor containing film 31d, a second phosphor containing film piece 32a and a third phosphor containing film 33a are formed from any one of blue, green, red and yellow phosphors. A transparent silicon resin S is applied to a cavity 31c that is formed by exfoliating a part of the first phosphor containing film 31d, the second and third phosphor containing film pieces 32a and 33a are fitted together, surfaces of the film pieces 32a and 33a and the film 31d are then leveled, and the resin S is cured. Therefore, the phosphors are separated in a plane direction and the interaction thereof can be suppressed. Further, since the film pieces 32a and 33a are separately created and affixed, the color rendering property can be improved by preventing the phosphors from being leaked next thereto. |
