PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetoresistive effect oscillator capable of rising or falling oscillation at high speed.SOLUTION: In the rising of oscillation, a magnetoresistive effect oscillator applies a current having a first current density larger than a an oscillation threshold current density, and then applies a current having a second current density which is lower than a current density having the first current density and is equal to or higher than oscillation threshold current density, so that the magnetoresistive effect oscillator oscillates at a predetermined frequency. In the falling of the oscillation, the oscillation is lost from a state where the oscillator is oscillating with an application of a current having the first current density, by applying a current having the first current density and the second current density of reverse polarity. |
