PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet in which a rod-like rice block is less likely to be displaced when a rod-like packed rice block is vertically placed, and to provide the rod-like packed rice block formed by wrapping the rod-like rice block with the packaging sheet.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet includes: a sheet body 11 which wraps a peripheral surface of a rod-like rice block 7 and includes a rectangular film; and a covering film 4 which is heat-sealed 44 to an inner side relative to a side end edge of the sheet body 11 when viewed in a width direction and covers end surfaces of the rod-like rice block 7. An anti-sagging part 61, which supports the end surface 72 of the rod-like rice block 7 when the rod-like rice block 7 is wrapped, is provided in at least one of the side end edges of the sheet body 11.
