PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system in which predetermined processing is performed even when identification information of an integrated circuit is not registered yet.SOLUTION: A game system has a game device and a management device. The game device transmits identification information stored in advance to the management device. The management device acquires the identification information, and determines whether or not the same identification information as the acquired identification information is stored to transmit a determination result to the game device. The game device acquires the determination result. The game device performs predetermined processing when the acquired determination result shows that the same identification information as the acquired identification information is stored and when permission information permitting execution of predetermined processing is set to the game device. Predetermined processing is performed under predetermined conditions when the acquired determination result shows that the same identification information as the acquired identification information is not stored and when the permission information permitting execution of predetermined processing is set.
