<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an oscillation circuit capable of reducing the possibility of abnormal oscillation even when a modulation signal is input into a varactor diode; an oscillator; an electronic apparatus; a mobile body; and a method for manufacturing an oscillator.SOLUTION: In an oscillation circuit 2, an input terminal of a CMOS inverter 10 and an anode terminal of a varactor diode 30 are electrically connected via a vibrator 3, and an output terminal of the CMOS inverter 10 and a cathode terminal of the varactor diode 30 are electrically connected. A modulation signal is applied to the cathode terminal of the varactor diode 30 via a resistor 50, and a reference potential is applied to the anode terminal of the varactor diode 30 via a resistor 40. A voltage at the time when the modulation signal is applied to the input terminal of the CMOS inverter 10 via the vibrator 3 is higher than a threshold voltage of an NMOS transistor 12 included in the CMOS inverter 10.</p> |
