PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact image tremor correction device, lens barrel, camera body and imaging device that have a viscosity attenuation characteristic and are excellent in drive efficiency.SOLUTION: An image tremor correction device (100) includes: a movement part (300) that is relatively movable to a stationary part (200); a tremor correction optical system (L3) that corrects a tremor of an image formed by an optical system provided in the movement part (300); a coil (302) that is provided in the movement part (300); a magnet (202) that has a first area supplying magnetic force of an N pole to the coil (302) and a second area supplying magnetic force of an S pole to the coil (302), and is provided in the stationary part (200); a protrusion part (212) that is provided between the first area and the second area; and a magnetic fluid (260) that is provided in at least one of the first area and the second area.
